The app comes in four different flavors: fart, funny, keyboard or sexy. You can mix and match sounds based on your choice. It resides in Windows 11’s system tray, meaning you don’t have to worry about your Taskbar getting cluttered.

As pointed out by the software developer in the FAQ section, TypeFart does not drain your laptop’s battery because “It uses minimal CPU and RAM. One downside is that you can’t assign a unique sound to a specific basic, so it’s all or nothing absurd. However, it would be interesting to see if this is possible through future community feature requests.
