you are welcome Indie App Spotlight. This is a weekly 9to5Mac series where we showcase the latest apps in the world of indie apps. If you’re a developer and want your app featured, get it in contact.
Juggling multiple alarms in the Clock app can be annoying. VariAlarm aims to fix this by dynamically adjusting your alarms based on your schedule rather than having fixed times.
Highlights
Instead of constantly changing dozens of additional alarms over and over again, VariAlarm allows you to create templates. For example, if you have a gym day, you might want an alarm for 5:45am and a nudge for 6am. On a weekday, you might want something a little different, say waking up at 7am. VariAlarm eliminating the need to log into your alarm app every night.
VariAlarm also supports synchronization with Apple Calendar, allowing you to update your schedule with your alarms. If you have an appointment to wake up in the morning, for example, it moves, your alarms will change. VariAlarm also uses the new alarms API in iOS 26 to provide a native-feeling experience.
To fit your work into your routine, VariAlarm allows you to adjust the volume and length of your signals. There are also lock screen widgets to help keep you informed.
