
For more than a year, Idaho resident Andrea Shaw, 23, has blamed vaccines for the deaths of her fraternal twins. Local authorities are now pointing the finger at another culprit: Shaw himself.

Shaw was arrested by police in Boise, where he currently lives, and will eventually be extradited to Payette for arraignment.
Still blames vaccines
