Today was supposed to be a happy day Hello Fans like Halo: The Enhanced Campaign is now available to people who have purchased the Premium Edition or Premium Edition Upgrade, and it’s been a huge hit. Glowing reviews on Metacritic (including one of us, to whom a 4/5 Star High Score).
Unfortunately, people who purchased Premium Edition or Premium Edition Upgrade Xbox Series X|S‘s store or the Xbox App on PC are not so lucky as they were unable to access the game despite paying for it.

approved by Halo Studio’s technical support team at Xit says they are aware of the situation and are working on fixing it. As more information becomes available, players will be given status updates on progress.
Fans are especially worried about this because if they can’t get the Premium Edition Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. You have to pay $69.99 separately for it, and it promised players up to five days of early access to the game. This isn’t the first time Xbox has failed to provide early access to one of its products, and at this point it’s getting downright weird.
Because this one Xbox‘s flagship franchises, I have no doubt that the developers are working as fast as they can to fix this issue, and we’ll let you know when we do, so stay tuned for future updates.
