The Motorola Razr Fold is quite an interesting new foldable and looks impressive as Motorola’s first book-style entry. Its release date remains a mystery, but Motorola is now teasing that Razr Fold pre-orders will begin in just a few weeks.
On the UK-based Twitter/X account, Motorola says Pre-orders for the Razr Fold begin in “15 days,” which points to April 11. It’s Saturday, which is a little strange, but it’s sooner than anyone expected, especially considering it’s for the FIFA edition of the Razr Fold that was unveiled at MWC. Along with the Fold software.
The Razr Fold has been teased for about three months now, but without any real sign of it when will be released.
We expect new Razr flip phones in the not too distant future, and the leaks beginthis seems like a good time to launch a book-style model. But Motorola’s teasers suggested a later-year release date. It seems very possible that this pre-order launch could be regional or come well before the full release, but it certainly points to something coming sooner rather than later.
The Motorola Razr Fold It has been confirmed to cost €1,999 in Europe Along with the Motorola Pen Ultra, but this UK release will probably give us a better idea of what to expect in other regions such as the US.
