This latest beta is a minor update, which often means a stable release is close. From December 2025Samsung has often released beta versions, relying on early adopters to help them find bugs and improve performance before they roll out more widely.

Like most late-stage beta updates, Beta 7 brings mostly bug fixes, stability improvements, and system optimizations instead of major new features.

Previous beta versions have already fixed several system issues. For example, in Third One UI 8.5 beta version for S25Fixed issues with the Samsung lock screen clock display, favorites in the Phone app, and the Now Briefing panel not displaying correctly.
