After a Nest Wifi Pro update earlier this year, Google released new firmware for its Nest Wifi router and hotspot.
Nest is a Wifi router now software version is 14150.883.231 and for the Nest Wifi point is 1.56.3.497142.
Google lists the changelog as April 24, 2026 with “Stability and security vulnerability fixes.”
The most recent update for the Dot was in May 2025, with the last release of the router in October 2024 to provide “Improved Wi-Fi connection stability and stability”.
Google Wi-Fi devices automatically update overnight. To check manually, select your Nest Wifi router from the All Devices tab and tap the settings gear icon. You can find “Software Information” under “Wi-Fi Information”.
