Apple Notes has been one of my most used apps for a long time and is iOS 27 rumor Adding a powerful new ability that I know will quickly become a staple for me.
Special Notes integration is expected in iOS 27’s new Siri

I’m a heavy Apple Notes user, currently have about 2700 notes in iCloud. So, every time Apple adds new features to the Notes app, I’m especially interested.
iOS 26 offered some modest updates to Notes like smarts Adaptive Toolbar and Markdown import and export. My favorite change is probably just the Liquid Glass UI.
But iOS 27 rumor thanks to offer a bigger update the new Siri and custom integration with Notes software.
All signs point to iOS 27 bringing the Siri we’ve all been waiting for. It will not only bring the long-delayed promised iOS 18 features, but also a complete modernization for the era of artificial intelligence.
Siri will be a full-featured chatbot with custom software like ChatGPT and expertise in world knowledge. His LLM foundation, a A variant of Google GeminiChatGPT will allow Siri to offer the convenience and intelligence seen with competitors like Claude and Gemini.
But Siri will also reportedly offer a special benefit for Apple Notes users, and I’m excited about that.
Adding Siri intelligence to Apple Notes with a single command

One of my most anticipated iOS 27 features was first reported earlier this year. Per Information:
Siri will also be able to handle other tasks, such as creating a recipe for a meal or a Notes document with information on the underlying causes of drug addiction.
I use Apple Notes for information I want to refer to later. Siri’s ability to add information directly to Notes is something I know I’ll use often.
Today I always get AI responses that I want to save in Notes for later on ChatGPT and Gemini.
The process is complicated because I have to manually select and copy the relevant information, then go into the Notes app, find where I want to save it, and paste it. Formatting is also often a problem, especially bullet points.
With iOS 27, it sounds like Siri could make this whole process easier. Right now the multi-step hassle should be as easy as saying “Add this to a new note.” Or, “Add this to my XYZ record.”
Siri’s “Add to Note” ability, along with the assistant’s new LLM intelligence, should make iOS 27 a big improvement for Notes users.
