I’ve been reporting on preview builds for a long time, and one of the frustrating aspects has always been installing Insider builds where features aren’t available on my install.
How to access early features in Windows 11 by flipping flags
Use these steps to enable experimental features through the Windows 11 Insider Program:
- Open Parameters.
- click on it Windows Update.
- click on it “Windows Insider Program” page.
- Confirm that your device is inside Experimental Experience under “Choose your experience”.
- click on it Advanced Options admission.
- Confirm the operating system version. For example, version 25H2.
- click on it Feature flags page.
- Select (Option 1). It is active option for an experimental feature to test.
- Quick tip: You can activate one or more functions at the same time.
- Select (Option 2). There is no preference option to allow the system to control the availability of this feature on your device.
- Select (Option 3). Disabled option to disable the experimental feature on your computer.
- click on it Apply Changes button.
- click on it Restart now button.
After completing the steps, the experimental feature of your choice will be activated on your computer.
