Apple is planning a big Apple Card sign-up bonus for new customers next week. If you sign up for a new Apple Card, you’ll basically get a new pair of AirPods Pro 3 for free. Here’s how it will work.
according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurmanthe promotion will begin next week at Apple retail stores. Gurman wrote on the social network:
Apple plans to register a fairly large Apple Card in retail stores next week: if you register for a new card, buy AirPods Pro 3, then you will get $249 cash back. In other words, if you buy an Apple Card, you’ll get free AirPods.
It is unclear if the campaign will also be available online. Gourmet’s post suggests that you should go to your local Apple Store to take advantage of this.
Apple regularly offers sign-up bonuses for new Apple Card customers, but they are much less lucrative and often require an application from an existing Apple Card user. As Gourmet says, it’s actually a free pair of AirPods Pro 3 in exchange for opening an Apple Card.
This is made more notable by the fact that the Apple Card does not have any annual fees.
Another profitable Apple Card promotion that will last until May 18 offers $100 Daily Cash bonus when you add a co-owner to your existing account.
Apple Card’s Daily Cash system gives you cash back that can be deposited into your Apple Cash account or your Apple Card Savings Account.
Promotion is also coming in the ongoing transition period Apple Card from Goldman Sachs to Chase. Apple reached an agreement with Chase earlier this year to take over the issuer of the Apple Card, and the full transition is expected to take two years.
