There is Apple newly registered New subdomain record ahead of WWDC: genai.apple.com. All signs point to WWDC 2026 being Apple’s major AI renaissance, where the company will deliver on the promises it made at WWDC 2024, as well as a few additional new announcements.
This subdomain was first discovered by From Aaron Perris MacRumorsand the link does not currently lead to a live web page. It’s unclear what this will be used for, or even if it will be a public website — but it goes without saying that it’s related to Apple’s upcoming generative AI announcements at WWDC.
As mentioned earlier, Apple will finally deliver on the promises it made two years ago – and more. Siri should eventually understand more of your personal context, be screen-aware, and be able to take action in apps for you. This will finally be possible thanks to Apple’s new partnership with Google, where Apple will use the Gemini distributed models hosted on Personal Cloud Computing to power Siri.
In addition to what it announced at WWDC 2024, Apple will also introduce a new Siri app. This will allow you to access your previous Siri conversations text-based conversations With Siri.
