EcoFlow’s new RAPID 45W power banks sound ideal for travelers

When you hear his name EcoFlowYour mind probably goes like this meaty battery solution you’d use it to power a weekend camping trip or keep your electrical appliances turned off. And while that’s still the company’s bread and butter, EcoFlow is also more concerned with the electrical equipment on your desk at home than in the back of a truck. Today, we’re testing just that with the launch of the new RAPID 45W series.

As you can probably tell from the name, these power banks are for fast charging your devices on the go with 45W output. EcoFlow starts the series with three models: two versions of the RAPID Power Bank and the RAPID 3-in-1 Power Bank.

Buyers will be able to purchase the RAPID Power Bank in 10,000 mAh or 20,000 mAh capacities. The 10K model (above) has a detachable USB-C cable that you can extend as needed, while the 20K model (below) has a fixed USB-C cable that doubles as a carrying strap.

The RAPID 3-in-1 Power Bank similarly offers a retractable USB-C cable and has a 10,000 mAh capacity. The big selling point here is that this model has its own flip-out AC prongs for charging, so there’s no need to carry a separate adapter:

This sounds especially useful when traveling, as it’s something to keep in mind – and fit in your bag. All three models have digital indicators to quickly see how much charge is left.
