From Stranger Things to Squid Game, the streaming giant has consistently attracted millions of subscribers, but if you’re watching it on an older app iPhone or iPad you may have to trade up to get your next binge-watch fix.
The Netflix app won’t support iOS 16 or iPadOS 16 anytime soon MacRumors. This means you’ll need to update to iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 to continue using the app, but older devices won’t be able to make the transition.
Note that the 2017 iPhone X and iPhone 8 models will be stuck with iOS 16, as well as anyone using the original iPad Pro.
