Nothing is a UK-based “anti-boring” tech brand founded by former OnePlus founder Carl Pei. Inspired by Pei’s mission to make consumer technology fun again, the company entered the market to disrupt traditional smartphones with transparent, retro-futuristic hardware and heavily customized software. Nothing focuses on an “AI-native” future, a strategy based on clean design and moving from millions of different standalone apps to intelligent, built-in features.
Nothing carries the design philosophy into its other products quite like headphones. Meanwhile, the company has its sub-brand CMF, which offers a different, more colorful approach to design while still offering affordable smartphones and audio products.
