
watchOS 11 is the latest software that comes to all the best Apple Watch models later this year. Opening WWDC 2024watchOS 11 introduces several different new apps to elevate your wearable’s status as a health-focused device. After months of beta releases for the new update, it’s finally available to all Apple Watch users with Series 6 or newer.
There are also several new customization options and the appearance of Live Activities on Apple Watch for the first time. Apple Intelligence Despite the lack of new AI features coming to iPhone, iPad, and Mac, watchOS 11 is a pretty decent update.
Sign in to update to watchOS 11 Apple Watch app on the iPhone. go away General and then Software update. If you don’t see watchOS 11 right away, select the option at the top of your screen to choose between watchOS 10 and watchOS 11. Note that even though the update is very recent, the updates may take some time to install as many users will struggle to download it.

Which Apple Watch models support watchOS 11?
As always with new software, Apple has discontinued support for some models of outdated portable devices. Here are the Apple watches released after watchOS 10:

- Apple Watch Series 5
- Apple Watch SE (1st generation)

Apple says on its website that not all of these watches will support all features because some lack certain necessary sensors, such as measuring blood oxygen. Check it out if you’re not sure Apple collapsed further.
