A user in the Xbox Insider program, @1tristan on X (formerly Twitter)reported that the update crashed their system. The issue was so serious that they even considered upgrading from Xbox Series S to S Xbox Series X to solve their problem.

Normally, complaints like these can fly under the radar. Given the scale of platforms like Xbox, it’s difficult to answer every question. But this time it caught Asha Sharma’s attention.
After saying “I hear you” earlier On entering the role, Sharma replied directly to the user: “looks at it.”
It’s not something you’d normally expect to see from a CEO, and it stands out. Hopefully that means it @1tristan’s the issue is resolved.
It’s certainly not much, but I thought it was worth highlighting. Since taking over the role of CEO of Xbox, Asha Sharma has been very attractive and I feel that there has been a slight change in how Xbox is perceived recently.
So, there is still a lot of work to be done.
There are still difficult ones conversations happening in the community, especially around exclusives. It’s something I touched on when discussing reports recently Starfield sold around 140,000 copies on the PlayStation 5If Alinea Analytics is to be believed.
With all that in mind, I think it’s important to note these little things that happen.
So, how do you feel about Sharma as CEO so far?
Do things like this give you more confidence, or is it just another straw that doesn’t move the needle? Let me know in the comments and be sure to take our poll!
