Xefu is what the Xbox 360 uses to emulate original Xbox games, so it’s basically an emulator inside an emulator.
But if Microsoft emulated original Xbox games through an Xbox 360 emulator, what’s stopping it from running the Xbox 360 emulator as is and emulating Xbox 360 games instead? Apparently, not much. The XWineOne X account posted that with a bit of work, you can use an emulator to play Xbox 360 games instead. This comes with “varying degrees of success,” but it’s possible.
Is this proof that Microsoft will also release Xbox 360 games on PC? Nothing is confirmed at the moment, so we can’t say for sure.
