I’d like to say it’s a surprise, but it’s not. Gears of War: E-Day had a fantastic showing during this year’s showcase season and Thanks to the information provided by LevelUpa marketing analytics company focused on the gaming industry, now we have a clearer picture of just how much of a leap it has made.
Gears of War: E-Day ranked fifth among the top performing games between June 1, 2026 and June 11, 2026, making it one of the most covered, viewed and discussed titles of the showcase season. It’s not the only Xbox game to make the list.
Before we move on to another game on the list, let’s take a look at how these rankings work. Ratings are based on a combination of trailer performance, press coverage and public engagement. Each game is scored against these categories and the results are combined into a benchmark index that can be compared between each game.
Good to see Gears of War: E-Day doing so well too. The game looks really fantastic and judging by the response so far, many people agree.
Another game that looks fantastic is Spyro: A Realm Reborn, I covered it yesterday after its trailer surpassed 10 million views on YouTube, surpassing PlayStation’s Wolverine.. In the LevelUp index, Spyro: A Realm Reborn ranked ninth, which is an impressive result in itself and shows that there is indeed a lot of interest in Spyro’s return.
As for the rest of the rating, “God of War: Laufey” took the first place, and “The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time” took the second place. Resident Evil Veronica took third place, Wolverine was fourth, and Gears of War: E-Day was fifth.
This is all just information and honestly couldn’t be more, but it’s still cool to see two Xbox franchises on the list, and with that, let me know your thoughts on the list in the comments and be sure to take our poll!
