They have been in a legal battle with Microsoft since earlier this year after the company revoked access to their accounts. Microsoft reportedly did not refund the account and told Ordo_Liberal to get the games back.
Now Ordo_Liberal has published to reveal that they have won the case. This happened in Brazil, so the document is not in English, but a translation has been published:
Order the defendant on the obligation to act to proceed with the unblocking of the (redacted) account, under the plaintiff’s email, within 15 (fifteen) days, with a fine of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais), with a fine of R$ 1500.000 (five hundred reais).
This could be the first of many battles we’ll see as players try to keep the collection they’ve paid for intact, as Sony takes us down the road to a digital-only era where a single block or license revocation can wipe out people’s collections.
