DC Comics requires June 2026 Exposed by Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta Definitely Batman #21 will debut this universe’s Two-Face and Penguin. In this continuity, Harvey Dent, Waylon Jones, Oswald Cobblepot, Selina Kyle, and Eddie Nygma were childhood friends of Bruce growing up.
