
Samsung has officially announced its Unpacked event on July 22, where the company will unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series, Watch 9 and more, reservations are open.
After weeks of rumors and leaks, Samsung has officially confirmed a July 22 event where the company will fully showcase its new Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and its new wide form factor, as shown in the announcement video below.
The following are expected to be launched at the event:
- Galaxy Z Fold 8
- Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra
- Galaxy Z Flip 8
- Galaxy Watch 9
- Galaxy Watch Ultra 2
can also be a a new pair of Galaxy Buds and a teaser for the company Galaxy Glasses Built with Google.
Samsung explains that Unpacked will feature “the latest Galaxy innovations based on its leadership in foldable devices, combining smart capabilities and new form factors to deliver more personal, adaptive experiences and set a new standard for the AI era.”
The event will take place in London, returning to Europe where Samsung last unveiled the Galaxy Z Fold 6 in Paris in 2024, while the Fold 5 will be launched in Samsung’s home country of South Korea. Last year, Fold 7 was unveiled in New York.
The event will be broadcast live via YouTube and other platforms starting July 22 at 9am ET/6am PT/2pm BST.

Samsung claims the offers will knock up to $1,200 off the price of its new devices, along with a $30 reservation credit. This is likely only for the top-of-the-line Fold 8 Ultra, ie It is rumored to be more expensive than the Fold 7and trade loans. The $30 actual credit can only be used for accessories like bags or Galaxy Buds. Those who book (it’s free and no obligation) will be entered to win one of 10 Samsung.com gift cards valued at $500.
