However, the publication says that the patch is available in “select markets” such as South Korea, the UK, Poland and India. This update is being rolled out with Samsung’s June 2026 security patch to keep testers up to date.
The changelog mainly informs users about the fixes implemented by Samsung. The company says it’s working on a fix for device reboots that will happen when streaming videos. Another fix for the white screen issue that may appear when making a call on the Galaxy S26.
The background fix continues as Samsung highlights the fix for the black background issue when pulling down the status bar. The Files app is getting a fix, so now users can finally see a full list of what’s stored on their device instead of being partially suspended. The rest of the patch notes are as follows:
- Improved focus accuracy when using 30x camera zoom
- Fixed an issue where the home screen would not scroll left or right when using the stylus
- Fixed an issue where widget information such as weather and battery was not updating correctly on the lock screen
- Fixed an issue where part of the camera preview screen would be cut off under certain conditions
- Improved privacy screen bugs when setting modes or toggling Quick Panel ON/OFF
