2026 is not to be confused with the 2017 military satire starring Brad Pitt. War machine A military sci-fi film about a group of elite US Army Rangers, led by Alan Ritchson, whose latest training becomes a brutal fight for survival against an otherworldly killing machine.
The film takes an unexpected left turn into science fiction and finds itself more in line with 1987. Predator. It definitely has a throwback feel to it and will totally please viewers who thought Hollywood didn’t make action movies of that caliber anymore. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, but offers satisfying set pieces and plenty of action.

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man
The conclusion of an epic crime saga

An intense crime thriller based on a true story
while The Rip has many great elements, the most compelling being the on-screen reunion of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. In the early years of their careers, it seemed like the real-life friends were on track to score more movies together, especially after the Oscar-winning film’s success. Good Will Huntingbut that didn’t happen. At least we’ve gotten sporadic glimpses of the two’s on-screen chemistry over the years, the latest being a Netflix hit. The Rip.
