The status page says “some users are affected” and adds that “service may be unavailable or slow for some users.” The company did not provide further details on the root cause of the outage or how widespread the problem was.
Today’s outage follows a separate issue affecting the iTunes Store, which experienced problems between 7:00 a.m. ET and 2:15 p.m. ET before being resolved.
