Samsung is preparing to launch new foldable devices Galaxy Unpacked event just days away — and the leaks are heating up. We expect to see three new models, the Galaxy Z Fold 8, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and the Galaxy Z Flip 8. The flagship Galaxy Z Fold 8 might be the most interesting, as it will have a new wide aspect ratio that could excel at handling widescreen media like videos and games. We have seen Galaxy Z Fold 8 in leaked renders before, but the final images are foldable from almost every angle. They look at a dual camera system on the back, a shorter and wider aspect ratio when unfolded, and a new cover display. You can find the wide folding in three standard colors: Graphite, Cream and Lavender.
A ‘Pistachio’ color has also been rumored for the Galaxy Z Fold 8, but it’s not pictured here as it’s a Samsung online exclusive. The latest leaks match what we’ve seen previous Galaxy Z Fold 8 leakhowever, these images were basic product renderings. A new set of Galaxy Z Fold 8 images are more like lifestyle shots, and they show the spacious foldable from a different perspective.
The second leaked image shows the Galaxy Z Fold 8’s cover display and its unusual cover-to-screen ratio. The cover screen is stretched accordingly to accommodate the phone’s wider main display. The 5.5-inch bezel-less display is rumored to have a 16:10 aspect ratio, and this leaked image gives us an idea of what it might look like.

Despite the many leaks ahead of the Galaxy Z Fold 8’s launch, there’s still a bit of mystery surrounding the expansive fold.
