One developer in particular that has been silent for a long time is Avalanche Studios, but it’s not uncommon for game studios to go silent for several years while working on their next project. He hasn’t missed a game since the 2019 UV shooter ACCIDENT 2and at this time was Developing what appears to be a heist game called Contraband Xbox, Microsoft canceled the project last year.
After Contraband’s demise, we finally got word of what Avalanche Studios is up to next: an “unannounced AAA project” featuring an open-world setting.

For those unfamiliar, Just Cause is a series of free-to-play action games that parodies drunken action movies and satirizes US interventionism during the Cold War, with protagonist Rico Rodriguez infiltrating foreign dictatorships and destroying them as destructively as possible with the support of the US government.
The name of the franchise is controversial Operation Just Cause although it is something with a double meaning, cry; why blow up everything in sight? Well… Just cause.
Featuring a large arsenal of weapons, vehicles, and gadgets, as well as flexible movement options in Rico’s grappling hook, wingsuit, and parachute, Just Cause games are essentially a sandbox of explosive mayhem. Its diverse, highly detailed environments are just a canvas – and armed to the teeth, you’re free to paint with as much carnage as you see fit.
2015 year Just reason 3 It was especially popular in 2018 though Just reason 4 it was viewed negatively by many due to serious performance issues that were never fully resolved. Since then, the franchise has been on hiatus, although based on these job listings, it sounds like a very real chance that a new installment is on the way.
The Just Cause games are pure high-octane fun and one of my all-time favorite action titles. His long absence from the industry really hurt me, so I couldn’t be happier to find out. finally you will get a new game in the coming years. Of course, it didn’t happen like that confirmed yet, but I say … “fluid transition and high mutual combat?” This is Rico. You can’t convince me otherwise.
