The Masquerade has officially joined ‘Dungeons & Dragons’



White Wolf is back in a big way this spring. Included is the publishing company behind the World of Darkness tabletop RPG series Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: Apocalypse, Hunter: Reckoningand there are several other, larger ones Vampire: The Masquerade-picture surprise Gen John debuts in 2026. A real game series Size 20 is currently implementing the first Vampire: The Masquerade campaign. And now, Vampire: The Masquerade officially passes with Dungeons and Dragonsbrings a whole new vampire class to the game.

Vampire: The Mask – Bound by Blood Kindred is an officially licensed add-on created by Ghostfire Gaming.VtMname of vampires) to the class Dungeons and Dragons 5.5e. According to the product description D&D Beyond, Connected by Blood “A complete vampire class equipped with Blood Points, Disciplines, and the ever-clawing Monster within! This release includes a heart-pounding Dark Ages adventure.”

Paradox InteractiveThe owner of White Wolf added more context in a post on their site: “This project was lovingly created by Ghostfire Gaming, the team of talented designers and D&D experts behind the excellent Grim Hollow. What they’ve built is a complete vampire class for the fifth edition Vampire, complete with Blood Points, Beast, Disciplines, and ads. It’s a great way to bring a piece of the World of Darkness to a table already living in 5E D&D.

Currently, there is no official vampire class Dungeons and Dragons. A character can be bitten by a vampire and suffer from vampirism, and there is a kind of half-vampire “Dhampir” lineage. Van Richten’s Guide to Ravenloft sourcebook, but none of these are fully formed character classes. If you’ve always wanted to play a vampire, the Kindred class might be perfect for you D&DDepending on how well Ghostfire is integrated Vampire: The Masquerades mechanics are very different Dungeons and Dragons system.
