Phone provider Trump Mobile has confirmed that it exposed customers’ names, email addresses, postal addresses, mobile numbers and order IDs to the public internet.
Chris Walker, a spokesman for the Trump-branded phone maker, told TechCrunch that the company is investigating the leak and has found no evidence that content or financial information was leaked online. The company said there was no breach of Trump Mobile’s network, systems or infrastructure.
The spokeswoman said the exposure involved a third-party platform provider that supported “certain Trump Mobile transactions.” Walker did not name the provider.
The company’s acceptance came next reports earlier this week Trump Mobile customer information is publicly available on the Internet.
