Ultrahuman is moving forward this week with a collaboration that aims to make the training process easier for users who want to push themselves or rest.

In a press release, the Ultrahuman studio announces its partnership with the quality training company Les Mills. Both companies are trying to solve a real problem with wearables: real insight if you’re “under-recovery” or ready to go. Ultrahuman says that if your device tells you that you need a rest, your training plan will continue as if you were at your best. Together with biomarker data, Ultrahuman Ring and Les Mills are working to help bridge the gap “between wearable insights and real-world training decisions.”
