What Gemini Features You Get With Google AI Plus, Pro (May 2026)

Google offers AI Plus, AI Pro, and AI Ultra subscriptions to get more out of Gemini-powered features in first-party apps. At I/O 2026 in May, plans received updated usage limits.

Instead of a set number of daily requirements, the Gemini app now has “calculation-based usage limits that will refresh every 5 hours until you reach your weekly limit.”

How your usage is calculated will affect the complexity of your request, the features you use and the length of your conversation.

Google explains that “premium models and features require more usage and may cause you to reach your limit sooner.” It includes the Pro model, Extended thinking, Deep Thinking, as well as media generation and Deep Research.
