The arrival of one of the biggest new games of 2026 – and one that many expect to be the most successful Xbox game of the year — is just a few days away. The title in question? Forza Horizon 6, Playground Games The long-awaited and highly anticipated arcade racer sequel for 2021 Forza Horizon 5.
Set in the vivid and diverse landscapes of Japan with advanced driving simulation systems, advanced visuals and audio, tons of cars to driveand exclusive new multiplayer features and gameplay, Forza Horizon 6 appears to be the most impressive game in the series, both technically and content-wise. Naturally, this generated a lot of excitement for him – and that was reflected in his pre-sale sales.

Interestingly, while I was putting this article together, I noticed that Subnautica 2 has now taken the top spot over Forza. Steam Best Sellers list. It is not terrible It’s surprising considering it’s due out on May 14th, but it’s also been an excruciatingly long wait and closely related to legal issues; it was originally supposed to come out last year. Still, it’s remarkable.
Another thing to note is that both titles will be played on day one Xbox Game Passor PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate specifically. If you’re interested in either game, I’d say it’s not a bad idea to get a membership for a month or two to experience them affordably, but keep in mind that you’ll lose access if you don’t pay for the extra months.
Finally, it seems clear that Forza Horizon 6 will have a very strong launch, although the latest leak fiasco saw the final build of the game leaked online and hacked by pirates almost immediately. Microsoft and Xbox are threatening anyone found with an illegal copy of the racer with a hardware banis taking a tough stance against piracy ahead of the game’s launch next week.
It has an MSRP of $69.99, but that’s just it $54.39 Downloaded. Also includes $119.99 Premium Edition with Early Access $92.99 Downloaded. Note that if you decide to pre-order Forza Horizon 6 or have already pre-ordered it, preload is now live throughout Xbox Series X|S on PC, Steam and Xbox; for those who don’t know, this feature allows you to download and install a game before it’s released so you can start playing right away.
